As you know, the building sale fell through and we will be in our temporary location longer than expected. As more and more of our activities are held in there, it is important to know how respond in case of an emergency.

As the safety/security grant cycle ends we will be offering one (1) last emergency preparedness, safety session for our members.

Training will include how to assess and safely respond to various types of potential or actual threats, how to administer first aid/stop the bleed, and use our new AED. Eric Stratton and his team from previous trainings will be our instructors.

Our training date is Sunday, July 14th from 10 am to 12 pm, and we encourage everybody to attend. Our goal is to offer necessary training to feel as safe and informed as possible to respond in an emergency. This is the last training for this grant cycle, so if interested, please sign up.
